Often called the “Olympics of gastronomy,” the Bocuse d’Or is the world’s most prestigious culinary competition. Event General Timing

The World Final is held every odd-numbered year in late January. Starts on a Tuesday. (Same Day of Week)

Consistently held at Eurexpo in Lyon, France, alongside the SIRHA trade show.

National teams qualify in the preceding years; no public application.

Tickets usually available 3-4 months prior to SIRHA event.

Competition starts on day one; no traditional Preview Day.
